Ed made the entire buying process so easy for me. As a first time homebuyer, he was so helpful with his insight to what getting into the right home takes Ed is an excellent realtor. He was honest, kind, and really knew how to get me into the house I wanted. When the house needed to be painted for my loan to go through he jumped right and and found an amazing painter and got the job done without any delays!

We had been looking…
We had been looking and making offers for about year when we made the decision to switch to Ed. Our previous realtor was very nice and knowledgeable but I didn't feel they were being strategic enough to get us a house in today's market. We heard about Ed from a friend and signed up with him soon after. We signed a P&S for our new house 10 weeks later and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Ed. He knows what it takes to craft a winning offer and I also found his background in construction to be very helpful when we were looking at houses.
